We are a community located in the picturesque city of Mill Creek, Washington of Snohomish County.
In 2023 the homeowners of Sherwood Village combined efforts with NWCDC and ROC USA to purchase the land independently and became a co-operative. Sherwood Village formed a Board of Directors, each seat filled by an elected resident.
