We are a community located in the picturesque city of Mill Creek, Washington of Snohomish County.

In 2023 the homeowners of Sherwood Village combined efforts with NWCDC and ROC USA to purchase the land independently and became a co-operative. ​You can read the story of our formation in the HeraldNet article here. Sherwood Village formed a Board of Directors, each seat filled by an elected resident.

The Board is dedicated to maintaining the property's vibrancy to create the warmth of a welcoming community that cares to lead Sherwood Village towards a bright future.
